Location: San Francisco, CA Owner: Allen T. Gilliland Trust Description of Project, Scope of Work Performed: This project involved the construction of the below grade portion of a large estate in the Pacific Heights region of San Francisco. Work included the design and installation of a rock anchoring system, excavation approximately 20 feet below grade (adjacent to the neighboring residence), construction of all below grade cast-in-place concrete structures, and installation of all project utilities. The work was completed in an extremely confined location with most staging work done off site.
